Questions:

Does your customer need a professional survey?

If your agency is like ours, your clients and customers deserve detailed surveys which produce accurate estimates for their relocation budgeted dollars. Our Survey Team of specialists has 28 years of combined experience. We guarantee your customer will be contacted within one (1) business day and that the results of the survey will be provided to your office within one (1) business day after the appointment. If your customer has a tight schedule, needs a Saturday survey because of schedule conflicts, and has an iPhone or iPad, we can use the capability to se up a Face Time appointment to survey the home and help with their schedule.

Does your customer or national account need SIT services?

There is never a charge to an Atlas agent or driver to load or unload SIT shipments from or to the warehouse. To help expedite the loading or unloading, Golden offers twenty (20) dock doors allowing entrance to our 100,000 square foot facility.

Are you looking to improve your service scores?

We fully understand the importance of performance scores and how the various third party companies use these scores as means to distribute business volumes. We too work with major relocation companies and understand the importance of receiving top scores on each move we manage.

Is security important to your accounts and their clients?

All personnel including sales and our office staff have been screened and a background checked performed. Our drivers and helpers arrive at your client’s home in identifiable Atlas clothing, wearing picture ID badges that are complete with an Atlas logo and a CID number. We know customers like to know who they are working with.

Are you concerned about keeping your national account and customer well informed?

Your Golden relocation coordinator is fully trained and understands the importance of keeping you “in the loop” with any changes or adjustments that are made to the schedule.

Does your driver need a weight?

There is never a charge to an Atlas agent or driver for either a light or heavy weight. And just in case your driver needs overnight parking, no problem. Our facility is very truck friendly.

 

Does your driver need an Atlas inspection or a small repair to their equipment?

Our on-site maintenance facility can help your driver with small repairs, complete Atlas approved trailer inspections, and help with the maintenance needed to insure all vehicles are up to 2010 CSA standards.
