You have the option to pay for your moving and/or storage service by either 1) personal check, 2) money order, 3) cash or 4) credit card.  If you elect to use a personal check or money order, make payment to Golden Transfer Company.

If you elect to use a credit card, you can use the "Pay Your Bill Online" button on the left. It is important all information is completed on the screens that follow to insure accuracy and timeliness.  This area of our web site is managed by a 3rd party company, Elavon.  Additional information about Elavon can be found at their web site located at http://www.elavon.com/privacy-pledge.  

All documentation associated with your account is audited by our accounting department to insure accuracy.  In the event of an overpayment, charges will be refunded to you by a company check from Golden Transfer Company and mailed to the destination address listed on your Bill of Lading.  Refunds are not placed on your credit card.  Any and all refunds will be completed no later than thirty (30) days from the date payment was made.  Should additional monies be due Golden Transfer Company, the company will contact you to review the charges and notification of the amount will be sent either by e-mail or U.S. Mail.  Charges due are payable to Golden Transfer Company within thirty (30) days from the date on our invoice.
